Today is Saturday, January 19, and I have spent the entire day making appointments for many buyers to show my beautiful homes for sale in the Pascack Valley.  7 Marion Road in Montvale had 7 showings today, and 226 Ell Road in Hillsdale had 6 showings, and one offer coming in.  The weather is cold, the skys are grey, but the Pascack Valley Real Estate market appears to be hot.  Read more of this blog here!
